One tight slap!
posted in Bollywood Music |Himesh Reshammiya’s starlit concert at Surat brought some uncomfortable moments for him. Apparently his loud mouth invited Asha Bhonsle’s wrath when he passed a statement that R.D. Burman….hamare Panchamda…sang with a nasal twang. To this Asha retorted: “If anyone says Burmansaab sang through his nose he should be slapped.”
And the effervescent Asha was calmed only after Himesh apologized for his statement. I think instead of retorting Ashatai should have acted upon her instinct…it would have been a relief for others who were offended by this statement.
